These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Controlix, including the Discord bot, dashboard, and related services. By using Controlix, you agree to these Terms.
Controlix provides Discord server management tools: moderation (kick, ban, mute, warnings), server analytics, leveling/XP systems, logging, automation, and a web dashboard. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
You must have a valid Discord account, comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, and be legally allowed to use online services in your country.
You agree not to abuse, exploit, or reverse‑engineer the service; use the bot for illegal activities; spam commands; attempt unauthorized access; or interfere with normal bot operation. Violations may lead to restricted access or bans.
By connecting your account, you authorize us to read basic account info (username, ID, avatar), access server information where the bot is installed, and manage data required for features. We do not access private messages.
We store only data required for functionality: server configurations, user IDs, moderation logs, and XP/level data. Data is secure and not sold to third parties.
We aim for stable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime, uninterrupted service, or error‑free operation. Temporary downtime may occur.
We may suspend or terminate access, remove data related to abusive usage, or block servers/users violating these Terms. You may stop using the service by removing the bot from your server.
Controlix is provided "as is". We are not responsible for data loss, server damage, Discord API failures, or misuse of the bot by server members.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
